• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team (outsource). Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Content Development: Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, press releases, and multimedia materials.
• Partnerships and Events: Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Plan and execute industry events and trade shows.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Ensure an effective online presence and lead generation.
• CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and analyze customer interactions and data
