Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Objective: To support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email communications and internal/external correspondence.
Prepare and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring timely preparation.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations in both Arabic and English.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring a proper archiving system.
Prepare supplier accounts and manage relationships with them.
Handle bank transactions and follow up meticulously.
Organize, manage, and track all company records and documents to ensure compliance
and control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree graduated.
0-2 years of experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Strong knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills.
