About Us: El Dabbah Company is a leading company in the IT and electronics industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with experience in IT and electronics companies to join our HR team and support our growing workforce.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within the IT and electronics sectors, ensuring that our HR practices align with industry standards and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the IT and electronics industry.
Handle employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and development.
Preferably candidate from Alexandria and Beheira Governorates
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of +4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the IT and electronics industry.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
