Investors Needed for Partnership to Expand work of an Established Company Operating in Egypt Since 2001 • Company Activity: Trading and marketing of pharmaceutical dietary supplements. Products are marketed through the company’s medical representatives to physicians, and sales are conducted to pharmacies and pharmaceutical distribution companies. • Share Value: EGP 200,000 per share. Profits are initially distributed at a rate of 15% every three months (equivalent to 60% annually). Additional profits, if any, are distributed after year-end financial settlement. • Investment Terms: Partnership contracts and bank cheques are issued as guarantees for the invested capital. Investment is in capital only, not management. Contracts are for a period of two years, after which the invested amount is returned unless both parties agree to renew. • Large Investments: For contributions exceeding five shares (i. e. , over EGP 1,000,000), the investor can be included as a capital partner in the company’s establishment contract. In this case, the investor’s capital is secured through official partnership registration in the company’s establishment contract, publicly notarized through the court, governmental agencies, and official governmental gazette. • Company Valuation: The current estimated value of the company is approximately EGP 30 million. • Transparency: Access to the company’s financial statements and annual tax filings is available for review. • Capital Withdrawal: In the event an investor wishes to withdraw their capital within the two-year period, the company must be notified at least three months in advance. No profits will be paid for the final three months in such cases.
