This Black+Decker corded drill is fitted with variable speed and is ideal for all types of wood, metal and masonry jobs with a decent all-round performance. Drilling against different surfaces Hammer Action The Black+Decker KR604CRESK has been developed as a drill to use around the home whether hanging pictures and shelves or just general repairs. The hammer mechanism consists of a 17 tooth plate that hammers at up to 47600 beats per minute ensuring that this machine drills extremely quickly and efficiently into brick and concrete. When drilling into wood, metal, plasterboard or plastics the hammer mechanism can be switched off meaning this is a great drill for the general user. Reverse brush system Reverse Brush System Fitted with a reverse brush system (RBS), this Black+Decker mains hammer drill is as powerful in reverse as it is in forward mode. The RBS system ensures that there is no sparking and the tool has a greater brush life over a standard corded drill. Keyless chuck Keyless Chuck Fitted with a 13mm single sleeve keyless chuck allows screwdriver bits or drill bits to be changed very quick and easily.
