Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Sales:
o Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
o Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
o Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and
loyalty.
• Social Channel Sales:
o Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies.
o Manage and maintain social media accounts and online communities.
o Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and comments.
o Generate leads and drive sales through social media platforms.
• Sales Reporting:
o Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management.
o Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in direct sales and/or social media marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
