الشروط:
-خبرة سابقة في ادارة عيادات الاسنان
-خبرة في التعامل مع المرضى
-خبرة في التعامل مع الاكسل والحسابات و جميع مهام الادارة
خبرة سابقة في ادارة عيادات اسنان.
مسؤولة عن صفحات السوشيال ميديا و الدعاية.
متابعة المرضى و الستاف.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, optimizing clinic efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
Operations & Administration:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring minimal wait times and high patient satisfaction.
- Handle clinic inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring availability of essential materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Staff & Team Management:
- Supervise and support clinic staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Monitor clinic revenue and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.
Patient Relations & Experience:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve patient retention and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a dental setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental office software and insurance processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
