المهام:
استقبال العملاء بترحاب وتوجيههم حسب احتياجاتهم
إدارة الحجوزات والتعامل مع الاستفسارات
تنسيق العمليات الإدارية وضمان سلاسة التشغيل
مساعدة في تنظيم الفعاليات والعروض الخاصة
الإشراف على مستوى الخدمة وجودة التجربة
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة سابقة في الاستقبال أو الإدارة (يفضل في مجال الترفيه أو الضيافة)
لباقة ومهارات تواصل قوية مع العملاء
معرفة بأساسيات الكمبيوتر وأنظمة الحجز
شخصية اجتماعية، منظمة، وتحب الشغل الجماعي
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وفي أجواء ديناميكية
