Job Description:
As the CEO Executive Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth execution of the CEO’s directives. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
-Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-Handle confidential documents and maintain the CEO's records.
-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
-Follow up on key tasks and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
-Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
