One of the leading construction companies is hiring HR Manager with the following criteria:

1-starting hiring the needed job vacancies to the company and start the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of policies and procedures
2-Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees' performance in an accurate manner.
3-Assists with monitoring managers’ implementation and completion of the all performance reviews and planning processes
4-Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
5-Organize, coordinate the internal/ external training, and set training evaluations for employees and instructors.
6-Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
7-Supporting and collaborating on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs
8-Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and Exit Interviews and analysis reports.
9-Supporting in Compensation & Benefits projects such as (Salary Grading System - Benefits Scheme - Rewarding System.
((Job requirements))
1-Prefered resident in Cairo .
2-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
3-At least fouryears of experience as a Human Resources Manager
4-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
