Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a human resources at sign egypt for advertising in Cairo managing key human resources activities including Payroll, Personnel affairs, recruitment, and administrative tasks. This position is specifically tailored to support various HR functions within advertising industry.
Job Responsibilities:
. deal with food and baverage market and recruitment for white and blue collars
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Executives.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, audits, etc. )
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc. )
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures relevant to HR policy & regulations.
• Applying Social Insurance to all employees.
• Monitoring of Company Legal Documentations
• Attending calls with regards to HR related queries.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances evaluation, etc. )
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interview invitation.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

1. Knowledgeable about the Egypt Labour Law
2. Communications Skills
3. Attention to Detail & Flexible
4. Multi-tasking and reliable
5. 1-3 yrs same field experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
Demonstrated success in hiring both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
