Responsibilities:
• Develop new business relationships with end-user clients to position and create a business case to utilize Carrier building solutions in their facilities, new construction, and replacement projects
• Reviews small construction project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
• Provide leadership, administrative, and technical supervision for direct reports (mechanical, electrical, and software engineers)
• Execute the project Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
• Preventive Maintenance Project
Qualifications:
• 10+ Years of HVAC experience, preferred Project management experience
• Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
• Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
• A Mechanical Engineer Graduate
