Description
Location: Smart Village, 6th October, Cairo.
You will be working as part of a large team, and the work will be shift based in, in Smart Village, 6th October, your role includes:
- Receiving calls from individuals and companies requiring medical assistance
- Organizing all the needs of customers including setting appointments in hospitals and clinics, collecting medical reports, and organizing payments for all their medical services
- You main job is ensuring all medical services are smooth and the patient has an easy and positive experience
To be considered you must have:
1. Fluency in English is a MUST.
2. An additional language such as French, Germany or Italian is an advantage for the candidate.
3. Completed Bachelor’s degree
4. Excellent working knowledge of Windows/MS Office.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours (we are shift based)
