* Seeking a highly motivated B2B Business Development Representative to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will help drive revenue growth by researching potential leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, and eager to develop strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify, research, and generate potential new leads in the F&B industry through comprehensive market research and networking opportunities.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and partnerships, creating outbound lead generation strategies, and expanding the company's customer base.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and build a leads pipeline, guide leads through the sales funnel, ask qualification questions, and schedule meetings with decision-makers to discuss potential collaborations.
• Closing Deals & Revenue Generation: Close business deals that promote sustained revenue by driving urgency, handling objections, and creating a sense of scarcity. Foster long-term client relationships.
Job Requirements:
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales or B2B business development, ideally with exposure to the F&B industry.
• Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions for a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Mobility & Equipment: Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with clients. Preferably own a car or a motorcycle for transportation.
• Must own a laptop.
