Description

Outdoor public relations agent job offer: Training Period (1 Month): *Job Type*: Outdoor position *Salary*: 6000 LE per month, plus a 1.5% - 5% commission on any contract you sign after reaching your target. The commission is deducted from the client’s payment for every month during the contract duration. *Hours*: Everyday, Flexible hours according to the meetings arranged with doctors, with Fridays off *Visits*: 10 visits daily - 250 visits monthly. *Vacations*: No time off except weekends and national holidays during the first 3 months *Visit Requirements:* A minimum of 10 visits per day and 250 visits per month is required. If you miss any visits, your salary will be deducted based on the visit cost, calculated by dividing your salary by the number of visits and then multiplying by the missed visits. *Target:* First month: 30K LE *Performance Policy:* Misbehavior or task failures will lead to warnings and a 1/2-day salary deduction. Repeated issues will result in the same consequence. Three infractions will lead to termination. You must meet your target or complete the required number of visits, or both. Failure to do either may result in termination within the first month. *Job Responsibilities:* * Arranging meetings with doctors and hospitals' managers - Making 10 visits daily - 250 visits monthly - Persuading medical practices to subscribe to our software and one of our E-marketing packages - Responding to market requests, writing proposals & internal reports - Maintaining positive business relationships with doctors to ensure future sales - Reporting to our office constantly and following up with the doctors *Advantages:* Here’s what you’ll gain from working this job: * Flexible working hours * Collaborate with a team to enhance your teamwork skills * Build a broad network in the medical field. * Earn a commission for contracts you sign each month throughout the contract's duration, not just a one-time payment. - Learn effective time management while coordinating daily tasks - Gain experience with Excel, MS Word, and other software - Receive training in report writing - Develop skills in client communication - Learn to arrange meetings with doctors - Improve your sales skills - Gain insights into marketing and the medical field Note: Your performance will be evaluated daily for the first 2 months. High performers will receive a salary increase to 9,000 - 15000 LE starting the third month, plus a 1.5% - 7% commission as previously outlined, with an annual contract. Salary increases are based solely on meeting your target, not on the number of visits.
