Job Title: Quality Section Head

Position Overview:
The Quality Section Head will oversee the quality control and assurance functions within our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, experience in the manufacturing sector, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor a team of quality control professionals.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the inspection and testing of insulation products throughout the manufacturing process.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes and systems.
Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and standards (e. g. , ISO, Six Sigma).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
