Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer . The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with clients, sales activities, and excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. • Meeting and greeting the clients • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements • Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services work till the deal is finalized with the client • Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory • Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs. • Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback • Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service. • Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and preferences. Qualifications Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills A relevant degree or diploma in interior design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field. Proficiency user of AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and shop drawings. Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional, ethical, respect time value
