Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our business strategy, managing key client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the certification sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and partnerships, within the certification market.
• Manage relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business development efforts with the company's vision.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (Candidates without a proven track record in these areas are encouraged to explore other opportunities).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the certification or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead a team, and collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
