- We are seeking a detail-oriented, effective, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and to help us in our overall marketing efforts and to be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
- Opeartion Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
- The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way .
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices .
-Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives .
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts .
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Planning & Organizing:
-Identifies priority activities and assignments; adjusts priorities as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Accredited university degree in Marketing.
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the field.
English and Arabic are the working languages of the institution. Fluency in English is required for this position.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: The normal work schedule is saterday – Thuresday, 8:00 A. M -5:00 p
P. M , with a lunch break from 12.00 to 12.30
