- Contact potential clients via phone to promote and sell eWaves' products and services.
- Understand and present the features and benefits of our offerings to customers effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with clients.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role, with a successful sales track record.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
