مطلوب مصمم داخلي خبرةلا تقل عن 6 سنوات ولديه الخبرة في الاتي :-
- إنشاء حزم تصميم داخلي شاملة ومفصلة
- تطوير وتحسين مخططات المساحات الداخلية والتوزيعات لتعزيز الوظائف والانسيابية والجمالية
-التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين، والمهندسين، والاستشاريين الآخرين
- إعداد وتطوير جداول الكميات (BOQs)
- إتقان برامج التصميم المعتمدة في المجال، مثل AutoCAD، وMicrosoft Office Suite
- يفضل الخبرة في منطقة الخليج العربي
- Create comprehensive interior design and detailed drawing packages, including detailed 2D plans, working drawings, shop drawings, furniture layouts, material selections, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
- Develop and optimize interior space plans and layouts to enhance functionality, flow, and aesthetics while adhering to client specifications, budget, project timelines, and design standards.
- Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with overall project plans, resolving any conflicts between civil, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
- Prepare and develop bills of quantities (BOQs).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 6 Years of progressive experience in interior design and detailed drawing package.
- Demonstrable strong knowledge of finishing materials and installation methodologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant design software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience preparing accurate quantity surveys for interior fit-out works and specifications.
- Experience in the GCC region (highly recommended).
- Participate in creating and developing our technical standards
